Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction
A study conducted on the Tema branch of Toyota Ghana Company Limited found that the company’s service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The study used the SERVQUAL model, which consists of five dimensions (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy), to measure customer satisfaction with the service quality at the branch. A total of 120 customers participated in the study, and a self-completion questionnaire was used to gather data.
