The Association Of Health Administrators Ghana
The Association of Health Administrators Ghana (AHAG) is a professional membership society for health administrators in Ghana. It is dedicated to promoting excellence in health service management and providing support to health administrators across the country.
AHAG is committed to the professional development of its members and the advancement of health administration in Ghana. It offers a range of services and benefits to its members, including networking opportunities, educational resources, and advocacy for the profession.
Membership
Membership in AHAG is open to individuals who are professionally trained administrators in the health sector. There are two types of membership available: full membership and associate membership.
Full membership is open to individuals who hold a recognized health administration qualification and have at least five years of experience in health administration. Associate membership is available to individuals who are currently studying health administration or have less than five years of experience in the field.
To become a member of AHAG, individuals must complete a membership registration form and pay the required membership registration fee. Upon approval of their application, members will receive a membership certificate issued by AHAG.

Partnerships and Collaborations
AHAG works collaboratively with a range of organizations and institutions to promote the field of health administration in Ghana. Some of its key partnerships and collaborations include:
- Collaboration with the Ghana Health Service to improve health service delivery
- Partnership with the Ministry of Health to advocate for the needs of health administrators
- Collaboration with regional caucus chairpersons to address regional health administration challenges
- Partnership with the Korlebu Teaching Hospital to provide training and support to health administrators

Advocacy and Policy Development
