Tema International School is a private coeducational P-12 school located about two kilometres north of the port city of Tema in Ghana. It was established in 2003 with a vision to be an international school of choice that produces world-class citizens. As an IB World School authorised to offer the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP), TIS ensures that its students exit with a rigorous and internationally acclaimed IB Diploma. TIS provides students with a setting in which they may grow, learn, and become better people.
TIS offers a family environment where students from diverse backgrounds can learn and grow together. The school has two campuses: the Primary School Campus, located one kilometre from the main campus, is a PYP School, while the main campus offers secondary boarding opportunities in MYP and DP.

TIS offers a range of facilities and resources to cater to students interested in science, music, arts, sports, computer science, and academics. The school-wide wifi network enables students to access online resources, digital textbooks, and the learning management system within IT labs or by using their own devices.
TIS offers a multitude of clubs and activities that are conducted after school and during weekends each semester. The clubs and activities include sports, art and craft, cooking, chess, robotics, music, and more.
