Source: Ghana Statistical Service CPI Bulletins, most recently the August 2026 release published on 2 September 2026. Inflation fell steeply through 2025 into early 2026, reaching 3.2% in March, rose for three months to 5.3% in June, eased to 4.6% in July as food prices cooled, then picked up again to 5.0% in August. It remains well under half the level of a year earlier.
