Ghana Rubber Products Limited (GRPL) is an Accra manufacturer and supplier of catering disposables and food packaging, sold under the Shine Disposables name. Its office and showroom are at 14 Adjuma Crescent, off Ring Road West near STC, in the South Industrial Area of Accra.

History

According to the company, GRPL was established in 1959 and began by making beach sandals, rubber sheets and other rubber-based products. In the early 2000s it moved into plastic production, and it says it was the first producer of disposable plastic cups in Ghana. It now supplies hotels, cafés, restaurants, caterers and households.
